Retirement from the service of Mr. F. E. Dempster, C. I. E. Dir. of Telegraphs, 1st Class and grant to him of a superannuation pension of Rs. 7,000 per annum, i.e., an ordinary pension of Rs. 5,000 plus a special additional pension of Rs. 2,000.
