Arrangements with the Rivers Steam Navigation Company, Ltd., and the India General Navigation and Railway Company, Ltd., for the conveyance of mails on the Brahmaputra river for a period of two years from the 1st May 1906, or until the opening of the Dhubri-Gauhati section of the Eastern Bengal State Railway, on the payment of an annual subsidy of Rs. 75,000, including a postal contribution of Rs. 25,000.
