Imposition of customs duties at sea customs rates on silver bullion and coin and silver sheets and plates imported by land from Siam into Burma and prohibition on their import by land from Siam except by routes via Myawaddy and thinganyinaung to Kawkareik. Decision that there will be no interference with the importation by travelers of current silver coins (baths) of the Kingdom of Siam so long as their Intrinsic Value is much be low their currency value.
