Decision that the places to be filled up be nomination by the government of India of not more than five non-officials to the advisory board of the imperial council of agricultural research on the ground of scientific knowledge under rules 1 45 and 43 31 of the rules and regulations of the council should be kept in reserve till necessity for making these appointments arises.
