In continuation of Despatch No. 10, dated 24th April 1883, transmits copy of a further letter from the Government of Bombay giving cover to a memorial from the Bombay National Mahomedan Association of certain matters connected with the pilgrimage to the Hedjaz, together with the reply of the Government of India thereto.
