Decision that conveyance allowance, the grant of which to Govt. servants who move from infected areas to healthy localities during the prevalence of an dpidemic of plague was sanctioned in the Home Department letter of the 29th March 1906 is admissible to those employees who are in receipt of a consolidated pay or permanent travelling allowance or fixed conveyance allowance.
