Rejetion of the momorial addressed to Majesty's secretary of state for India by Mr. N.P Mudaliar formerly head clerk of the Madura post office praying either that 12 month deficiency in his qualifying service may be condoned and that the period of about 1.5 years during which he held a permanent appointment as Sub-Postmaster on Rs 10 a month be treated as superior qualifying serice so as to enhance his pension under the existing rules or (2) that his pension may be Calculated according to th eold pension rules
