Writting Off of a sum of Rs. 892-13-8 representating the interest on the money deposited in the Post Office Savings Bank for the benefit of Mr. R. H. Loades which should have been appropriated against the cost incurred by the State towards his maintenance and education at the Lawrence Military Asylum, Sanawar, instead of being erroneously paid to him.
