Amendment of the inland steam vessels act, 1917 so as to provide (1) for the application of the board of trade new formula for calculating the nominal horse power of marine engines, to inland steam vessels, and (2) for the relaxaton of the existing provisions for th certification of master and enginers of such vessels.
