Finance dept. resolution No. 150 C.S.R dated the 11th February 1920 regarding the calculation of ordinary civil pension or gratuity in the case of civil officer who has been employed on military duty in connection with the war his emoluments during such service should be taken to be would have drawn from time to time if he had remained in civil employ.
