Sanction to the refund of export duty, amounting to Rs. 1,531-4-0, levied from Messrs. Goonamal Parasram of Rangoon, on 4,000 bags of rice shipped to Marmagoa, which were passed free of duty in the first instance through a mistaken impression in the Customs House that Marmagoa was not a dutiable port.
