Rejection of the proposal made by the Govt. of Bombay that articles of foreign merchandise exported to Kathiawar may, subject to certain conditions, be allowed to be re-imported free at the discretion of the Collector of salt Revenue and the Commissioner of Customs, Salt, Opium and Abkari, Bombay.
