Crown through Muhammad Shekoor S/o Khudayar Khan of Naugaon Vs. Ramnath alias Barriaster S/o Kundal Bagal by caste Chhauni Naugaon under section no. 380 of Indian Penal Code. He has been realised under section 563 of Criminal procedure code on 24th November 1927. The dispute was settled within a day.
