Question of the Precedence of the hon'ble Members of Executive Councils and Ministers. Amendment of the footnote to Article 13,15,16, and 18 of the Warrant of Precedence for India so as to provide that the Vice-President of the Council should rank in the same Article of the Warrant but senior to his colleagues in the Council and to Ministers alike.
