Grant of a certificate of naturalization to the Baroness Von Engelhardt under the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Act,1914. Suggestion from the Home Office not to recognise Foreign titles while granting certificates of naturalization and to require the title -holders to undertake not to use them without His Majesty's express permission.
