Decision on certain points connected with the grant of house rent allowance ot Indian clerks employed in the Departments of the Government of India and attached offices, who could no t be Provided by Government with residential accommodation at Delhi during the winter of 1917-18 , also of conveyance allowance to those who were accmmodated at New Dehi.
