In reply to NO.78 Dt.13th Ultimo states,with the reference to the 1st para. that the order for keeping commissariat accts in english instead of persian was issued by the gover.genl. to be adopted experimentally in the Jullunder,Ferozepore, & Umballa divisions & which was notified to the Mily.Bd.in a lr. of which copy is annexed and adverting to the 2nd Parce annexes copy of lr.to the A.G.A.calling the C.in C.attention to the courts remark on the constitution of remount comee having thus intimated the wishes of the court as expressed in their lr. to Bengal No.51 of 1850.
