Correction to the Civil Account Code, Vol.I, so as to make it clear that an abatement of income tax on Insurance Premia can be allowed whenever salary is drawn (1) in the official yar within the premium is paid or (2) whenever the premia in respect of which the abatement is claimed has been paid within 6 calender months ending with the close of the month for which salary is drawn.
