With reference to his letter No. 774 of the 5th June last forwards copy of a despatch from the Secretary of State reiterating the approval of Her Majesty`s Government of the course of police pursued by the Government of India in stead fastly holding aloof from all the compilations of Bhootan politics respecting the attempted enlistment of Nepalese coolies by Bhootanese Envoys, against which the Penlow of Paro and Tongso had remonstrated.
