With reference to order No. 118 dt. 3 inst. states that Rs. 232-4-3 will be required on account of the sumptuary aloance of Rs. 50/- per mensem made to Cheeboo Lama within the current year 1861-62 & requests the sanction of a special grant of Rs. 600 as this allowance was not includes in his Budget Estimate for 1862/63.
