Intimating that the Govt. of India have no desire that the privacy of Captain Verners House should be invaded nor his comfort interfered with beyond what the necessary allatment of a suitable piece of ground for a parade may render un avilable but if the Civil and mily authorities on the spot can sebct on any other available site for the purpose due regard leeing had to the requirements of the serivce both as to mily and fiscal considerations Govt. will not object the strip of land, the subject of Captain vs remonstrance being reenquished.
