In reply to his despatch no. 73 of teh 17th July 1851 authorizign the extensin to H.M. regiments of Cavy. servign under this presy. of the G.A.G.g. dated 17th Dec. 1844 by which 60 practice swords are allowed for each regt. of Lt. Cavy.
