With reference to despatch from the court of ddirector No. 11 of the 19th march 1851 recd with extract financial Dept. no. 146 of 9th may 1851 intimating that the account mily. Dept. has this day been acquainted in letter No. 308 that the G. G. & the Govt. have decided that the former system under which disbursements on account of the mily fund.
