In reply to no. 2974 of 16th September 1851 entiamting that in the opinion of govt. the two pWith reference to a lr. of teh 8th Instant that Holmes and wicks of the Madras Arty. who were enlisted on the 24th and 26th Octr. 1836 respectively are fairly entitled to the Length of Service Pay claiemd by them and offers observatiosn O P returned.
