With reference to a lr. of the 26th Feby. last transmits copy of one form the supt. of Darjeeling stating the objections which exist to the Presecution of the Tirgl. Survey Operate in the sekhim Hills, & mentioned that the supt. of Darjeling has been instructed to address te sekhim Rajah on thesubject explaining to him the objects for which the Trigl. Survey as undertaken.
