With reference to his ltr. no. 4726 of the 19th Dec. 1850 intimating mily. ltr. form the honarbel the court of Drs. no. 86 dated 13th Aug. 1821, it is stated that the retranchment agest captain bansdfier has not yuet ben recoreded nor has any reply been recd. to ltr. addresed to him.
