General order by the Honble the President of the Council of India in council fort William the 26th of sept'r1851. serjeants, Major Richard, spencer of the 4th Regiments, of Light Cavalry lancers is appointed a Riding master on the Establishment, from the 28th August 1851. in sucession to Riding master Andrew Poole deceased.
