Genl.Order dt.21st June 1850 In contn. of his lr.No.77 of the 6th Instt. submits that by some unexlained overight a decisiosn of the honble court, dt.30th april 1828 forwarded to the audit deptt. with lr.No.32 dt.8th Novr.1828 was not inserted in the pay & audit regt.
