In relpy to his letter no 728 of the 4th instant with reference to secretary coll. stnarts letter of the 24th august last transmits copy proceeding of the committee composed of the officer named within assembled to report upon the stations of boodee pind and hajeepore in the julluder doob officer observation and with regard to the expeding of with drawing all the troops from boodee pind and transmits them to hageepore states that the communication chief sees in necessity whatever on acount of insalubrity or other observation to the inter for moving the infantary and unless goverment should have other reason for transferring them from boodee pind to another location his excellency world recommend.
