Forwards copies of 2 lr. and sea from the commanding of Govrs. A. potter and H. Wiltshire of the 2nd compy. 5th Battn. who were enlished as such in jan. and feb. last when servicing as full pay buglers and on whose account the mily Auditor Genl. refuses to allow county under his view of para 7 of G.G.O. 22nd sept. 1849 and para 12 of that of 22nd nov. 1850.
