Forwarding with the former papers on the subjet a despatch No.3194 of the 25th July 1851 from the Mily.Board D.P.W.With a bill for expense incurred in constructing a bridge of boats across the river Sutlej & for keeping it serviceable from 2nd Novr.1849 to 7th June 1850.
