O.C.C. of the 17th sept. last transferming choda Doobey Bearer to the pension estabt. form 1st idem on a wound pension of Rs, 2/4 per mensem as a special cas submit copy despatch from the dept. commissary Genl. stating that the Doobey Braier in wquestion was off the returns of the Umballa.
