With reference to court letter to the Govt. of India public depart. no. 10 dated 5th may 1847 forwards copies of the communication from the Q M Genel. the army and Mily. auditor Genel. the former forwarding returns shewing tthe number of troops conved between Emnbgland & India from one presy. or possession to another during the years 1845&1846.
