Enclosure to a letter from Mily Board No 6085 dt 24th Decr 1847.With refce to a letter of the 3rd Septr last submit a despatch from Major Boileace and state that after having attenticely perused those papers they donot think tht any inputation of neglect to Captn Saughton who appears to have pointed on the proper .
