Submit, for considerations and orders, copy despatch from the Joint Dy.Comy.Genl. with the report fo a comee of survey held at Jullundur on 61 Boxes of Block Tea, received from Meerut, of which 4 Boxes contg. the 328-8 were condemned but the actual loss on the tea being bpicked was found to be 136-8-the Majority of the board recommend that the amt. may be written off to profit and loss.
