Bring to notice that pay master Hall,Her Majesty 53rd foot was placed in arrest during the month of Feby 1851 and continued to until the departure of the regiment from Rawal Pindee on NOve. of that year, when leave was given him to remain at Rawal Pindee in arrest N Lauge from the last named date until 29th Feby 1852 subsequently to 29th May , he has thus been 15 months in arest , the 29 of the current month he will have been six months absent from his regiment.
