With reference to despatch No.391 dt.30th July 1850 forwards copy of a lr. from Mrs. Emona Bence dt.14th Inst. wife of sub conductor Robr. Bence of the Ordnance comee deptt. requesting to be favored with some viding prograding her Husband 1846 on the opinions of a medl. comee who pronounced him to be of unso and mind.
