Q Tand of the acting Mily. audr. genl.reprot theron and states that the Bombay govt. have sasncitoned surgeon Burke H M's 24th Regt. drawing his pay and indian allownaces whilst in Bombay on leave but with the Proviso that he furnish security for the refund of te same should they be disapproved by teh gov.t of India.
