In reply to no 2940 dated 27th instant sanction 3 Elephants, being furnished for the conveyance, of the two 3 per guns of the 2ncd assam Lt Ifnantry and the construction of the cradles for the said Guns and stores, and authorizes, a Contingent allowances being ordance adn an Establishment bheing entertained when the fwsare taken on service, on the march.
