States that after his inspection of the ship menerva tenderd for the conveyance of Invalids of H.M's servsice he informed the supt. of marine that he had objections to offer to the accommodation tendered for officers that the supt. however does not see fit to pay the smallet attention to his objection or endeavour to remove it.
