Cost troops of the providsions the Royal warrant dy. 19 th Dce. 1845 ranting rewards for meitorions ervice and Good conduct togeher with Original papers recived with a lr. of the 11th Dce. 1846 and states that delay in subnmitting the revised draft has arisen from the diffeculty fixing the sum to be given annualy the adjt. Genl. 2nd F. not having been able to furnish the information necessary for that purpose.
