In contn. of Memo. from his office no. 532 of 4th ult. forwards copy of lr. from the supt. of marine reproting that mr. J. king has applied for a Medal for services in the Burmese war and that it appea4s that he served as commander of the gun boat Narcissa from 17th March 1824 to 15th feb. 1825 during the Rangoon war and recived his share of the 1st and 2nd dividends ava Prize money.
