With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 692 of the 29th Aug. and to his ltr. no. 2506 of the 22nd Nov. 1851, states that subject to future adjut. if necesary the 3 percent donatin of Govt. will be drawn n the 30th inst. on teh 4 percetn comapny papers belonging to the bengal mily. orphan society.
