With refernce to their ltr. of the 24th Feb. 1851, state thta they have received a communication form the secy. to the court of directors, informing thta the court on a desptch to tehbengal govt. dated 16th Oct. last, directed the trasmissin to Englnad forthwith of a bill drawn in favour of Nussors Co. & Co. for the passage money of Captia Rigafrd of the 6th Regt. N.I.
