With refrence to mily Department letter no 107 of the 2nd Instt, intimating that his Despatch, no 1030 of the 11th Ultimo, had been laid before, Govt. states, that much additional labour, and in convenience, in his Department would be spared if the subject matter, on which replies are setn, were breifly stated, eithr int eh body or mosgin , of sick survey, officer observation.
