In reply to his letter no. 3430 of the 15th ultimo.States that pensioned private patrick dovice an Invalid late of H M's 94th regiment belonging to thia establishment has ben permitted to reside and draw his pension at calcutta and request that the Govt. of India will be pleased to authorize the payment of his stipend with reference to his last pay certificate.
