With advertence to Mily.Deptt. Lr.No.289 of the 10th Octr.1851 report that they have passed a bill amtg. to Co's Rs.22 by the supg.Engineer N.W.Provinces. for pay of a punkah cooly retrenched from his contingent bills for may,june,july, augt, septr. and Octr.1851.
