With reference to no. 264 Dated 12th Instt. form the Military Dept. requests the issue of instructions to the General Officer Commanding the presidency DIvision to order the embarkation of no. 3 Light Field Battery and Head Quarters 5th Battalion Artillery, on th Ship Havering, which has been engaged to convey those Troops in tow Trips to Rangoon.
