Stating that she is still dependent on her agend mothe for suppport having as yet received no allowance from teh Pension of her Husbadn nor even a reply to her former Memorail dated 20th March 1846 of which a copy accompanies and implorig that her Destitute case may eb submitted to teh Honoble court with a view to a portion of her Husbands pension being allowed to her should he be still alive or at Least obtain for her that infrom as in the event fo hsi death she would be entitled to the Pension of a serjt.
