IN reply to their lr. no. 539 of the 26th Inst. Transmit Extt. lr. form lieutt. coll I. B. hearsy relative to his claim on the estae of the late captn. Van Homrigh 48th regt. bengal N.I. and request the payment of the above claim cost Rs. 150 or such portion there of as may be available form the assets of the estate.
